How to find out the budget of a cultural visit?
You can contact us by sending an e-mail or fax, or through the telephone. Our rates are based on the number of hours, the language on which the explanation is given and on if the visit takes place on a working or non-working day. There are specified rates for students, elder people's groups, etc.

Do I have to stick only to the visits or routes that appear on the web page?
You don't have to. Whenever you contact us our staff will help you in order to make the best of your time, e.g. which are the best places to visit, how to organized your schedule,etc.We are also open to your suggestions.

How many people can we have in a group?
It can be from just one person only. Regarding the maximum number of people our advice is the following: after the activity or route has been decided we will advice you about the best way of dividing the groups according certain criteries such us language for example. If the visit is meant to be mainly walking or you intend to visit some museums we will recommend you that the maximum number of people on the group don't be over 25. If the tours are done by coach the size of the groups can be larger.

How long in advance should I make the booking?
Even though the bookings can be made at anytime, the sooner you arranged them the more time we will have to organized the visits and to book the needed services.
For the visits outside Barcelona booking will have to be made at least with one week in advance.

How will I find the guide?
A meeting point will be arranged in advance eventhough in most occasions Icono guides meet the groups at the Hotel. Also in advance you will be given his/her name and contact number.

How do you make the payments?
Once the service has been hired the Accountancy Department will contact you in order to get the personal information needed to make the bill and send it to you. The payments is made through bank transfer or by check always a thirty days bill. It can also be paid cash after the visit has been made. If you want us to buy tickets for you, to book a restaurant or other kind of services we will ask you for an enquiring sufficient funds to ensure the client can make the payment required.

What happens if I want to canceled the services?
If the cancelation is made with less the 24hours in advance the total amount of the services will be charged.
