Picasso Workshop, How do I see myself, how do you see me?*

This is a very interactive activity designed to stimulate members’ creativity and promote cooperation and communication. It is possible to carry it out with small and big groups. This workshop is held in a closed venue and can be combined with a Picasso Tour or a visit to the Picasso Museum.

Artistic Workshop: The “Trencadís” Technique*

Would you like to be Gaudí for the day and create a colourful and original work of art? In this activity you will have the opportunity to try the same artistic techniques that Gaudí used in his buildings: the Trencadís technique.

ABBA Workshop*

Enjoy yourself becoming the main character of the most famous Swedish group of all times: ABBA. It is a fun and enjoyable activity that combines participation and entertainment. It lasts 2 hours and is highly recommended for big groups.

Gospel Workshop*

Feel the music and let your voice vibrate in a Gospel choir. This workshop offers you the opportunity to take advantage of the good vibes, both psychological and physical, which arise when you use your voice properly. Definitely, this workshop is an opportunity to relax, express yourself and, above all, have fun with your colleagues or friends.

Workshop of Medieval Writing. Monastery of Sant Cugat.

A monastery was a place of living in community. The life of a Benedictine monk in medieval Catalonia was governed by the rule of Saint Benedict, a guideline for all he had to do during the day. They mainly followed the Benedictine monastic “ora et labora”, pray and work. The monasteries were important political, economical and above all cultural centers. This workshop offers the opportunity to enter the monastic life, as well as to enter the world of the Scriptorium, knowing the techniques of medieval writing.

With the construction and the following renovations of the Monastery of Sant Cugat were dozens of specialists involved, for example masters of work, stone masons, laborers, painters,… 

The construction of such a building was a very complex undertaking, that called for high technical knowledge and organization. 

The structure and ornamentation of the building responds to the needs and the power of the monastic community of Sant Cugat. 

A visit to the monastery allows you to analyze the characteristics of the medieval architecture. 

The workshop allows direct us of these elements, lifting medieval buildings.
