The gastronomic relevance of the pintxo, also known as miniature cuisine, is due in great part to the Basque Country and its traditions. This activity will allow participants to immerse themselves in the world of miniature cuisine, one of the most attractive points of our gastronomy.

ICONO offers you the chance to carry out a pintxos workshop for groups interested in this appetizing art: gastronomy. A fun activity linked to the cultures of our country, which aims to teach and be enjoyable at the same time. The course starts with a guided visit to the traditional stalls in the Boqueria market, where participants will discover the characteristics and the nutritional uses of certain food, such as fish, cheese or cold meats that they will even be able to taste.

Participants will be given an apron each. They will elaborate pintxos with their own hands while the chef shows them how to prepare and create the different specialties. To conclude, the group will taste and savour everything that they have prepared.
