How it works

How it works the Gift Voucher Icono Culture

  1.  Choose a tour between: -The Shadow of the Wind-Ghosts of Barcelona-The Cathedral of the Sea-Stories and Legends of the Gothic Quarter.
  2. The descriptions, schedules and characteristics of the tours are published permanently to our website: www.iconoserveis.com.
  3. The voucher does not include transportation or food. The content of the voucher is as described above.
  4. The voucher is valid for two people and is subject to calendar availability.
  5. Reservations must be made at least one week in advance to tours@iconoserveis.com or 93 410 14 05. Confirmation of the reservation will always be made by email.
  6. The voucher is valid up to 1 year after your purchase.
Conditions and cancellation policy

Conditions of service

In case you want to make a change to a route already booked through the Gift Voucher Icon Culture will always be done at least 48 hours in advance and by email to tours@iconoserveis.com. The change will be confirmed through email. The new date will be maximum within two months from the date initially reserved.

ICONO Serveis Culturals is not responsible for cancellations or modifications of services by third parties.

Cancelation Policy

In case of cancellation of the route by the company ICONO Serveis Culturals, the latter will contact the client to find an alternative date to enjoy the service within two months from the initial date.

The lack of availability of the service requested will not entail compensation such as the refund of the amount paid.

In case the client does not show up on the reserved day and time, he will not be entitled to a refund. To be able to change the day and time, read the section on service conditions.
