Words of thanks
Today we would like to do a short article a little more personal.
The situation derived from COVID-19 and its effects have led us to some time for reflections. For a small company such as Icono dedicated to the cultural and tourism sectors, these effects are severe and may prove difficult to manage.
Like so many other small and medium-sized companies we have no choice but to continue fighting and betting on what we know to do. Analysing our strengths, what makes us different, and at the same time reorienting or adapting to the current situation.
This has required us to support digital format and adapt our guided tours and activities to the virtual format. It is not an easy path -nor does it exclude the face-to-face format which we hope to fully normal operate very soon- but it opens up new possibilities, allows new proposals and topics previously unthinkable and has already given us some joys.
We have been developing proposals related no only to Barcelona and Spain, but also Italy, France, Russia, Mexico, … The last weeks clients from all over the world have joined our virtual tours taking advantage of the online format and the possibility of “traveling” that it gives.
The importance of the reviews
In fact, the main reason for this post is to thank all those clients who still have confidence in us, and those new clients who have recently known our work and proposals.
Many of whom have sent their positives reviews and feedbacks, something that we really appreciate.
A customer review means a lot. It can be constructive, allowing us to improve and modify what does not work, and when it is positive and recognizes our work and effort, represents a great support, helps us to reach more people and encourages us to keep working.
So today we really wanted to stop for a moment, and thank you for trusting us and invest your time in sharing your opinions after having enjoyed one of our proposals.
